Akanksha Jain (SWP Youth Coordinator) had the privilege of participating in discussions that shed light on two crucial aspects of our water future: Circularity and Youth Engagement.

  • Circularity in Water Management

It’s all about closing the loop, and maximizing the use of every precious drop. The circular economy is not just a buzzword; it’s a tangible, sustainable path toward a water-secure world. Innovative approaches towards data, finance, governance, and capacity development will be key in achieving this circularity and by extension, the SDG 6.

  • Youth Engagement in the Water Sector

One of the most inspiring aspects of this week was the emphasis on youth involvement in shaping our water future. Young minds bring fresh perspectives, creativity, and a deep sense of responsibility. We are working hard towards achieving the 30-30-30 Youth target!

“As we move forward, let’s remember that circularity isn’t just a technical solution; it’s a mind-set. And involving youth isn’t just an option; it’s a necessity.”
