Stockholm Junior Water Prize | Switzerland winner doing an internship at Xylem.

The winners of the SJWP-CH 2023 have impressed with their innovative project. Karim Malik was invited by the prize´s long-time sponsor Xylem, Inc. to intern at their facilities in Stockholm.
An essential component of the Stockholm Junior Water Prize | Switzerland is to promote exchange between the prize winners and experts in the water sector, both in Switzerland and abroad.
This year, Karim Malik and Frederick Steinmann´s innovation caught the attention of Xylem´s experts in Stockholm and gave way to very interesting discussions, which would turn into valuable opportunities. Taking advantage of a gap year before his university studies, Karim Malik started an internship at Xylem´s facilities in Stockholm, where he put his IT skills into practice while participating in some of the most innovative programs of this global company. We are thrilled to know more about Karim´s experience working together with water and IT experts.
