Six challenges to solve to improve water management!

How do we guarantee water supplies following an incident on a drinking water network? How can very cold water be obtained to facilitate artificial snow-making? How can we replace bottled water in mountain huts? How can the water from a well near the Rhône be preserved? How can mini water treatment plants be set up in isolated chalets? How can rainwater infiltration be encouraged on sloping land? Now in its 6th year, the BlueArk Challenge is calling on all those involved in the water sector to put forward their ideas and innovations for solving these water management issues. Solutions can be submitted by March 20 at www.blueark-challenge.ch and could win up to CHF 10,000 each.
